A Bit of History

Mingo ruled our home for over 20 years and all the dogs loved her,
she was 16 when the first three little mongs finally departed and boy
was she miserable, we brought Jill home and she got a new lease
of life for another 4 years.

Trixie was my first dog - I had her for 15 years,
before the Jacks. She didn't put a foot wrong in all those years.

This is Patch, the little stray that sparked our interest in JRs
with my little black Susan (Suzie).
She was the most loyal little dog anyone could ever own,
I loved her to pieces!

The beautiful Clover with her daughter Charity

The Big Dig - Jill is doing all the work while Hobson supervises!

My two orphans, Heathcliff (Cliffie) and Cathy.
(Darling Clover was killed when they were 20 days old.)

Big sister Charity took over, made milk and fed those poor little beggars
until they were 8 weeks, then insisted on giving them breakfast each
morning until they were 12 weeks old. As you can see the enormous Cliffie
was nearly as big as she was!

Dimity with her one pup, as you can see, she took things very seriously.
"A mother's work is never done!"

Jill, Hobson and Clover. (Clover was Hob's granddaughter.)
