Part one of two Josh deaths in the same night.
[Llanfair, Cloud Court]
Overlooking the beautiful gardens to the east and west, this large circular balcony surrounded by short ivy-covered walls offers a magnificent view of the surrounding city. Serving as a popular purlieu on sunny afternoons and weekends, civilians gather and enjoy the refreshing treats offered at a small vending cart in the platform's center.
You also see a refuse depository, Holowas Reho, a titanium donation box, a glass elevator door, an elevator call button, a large white message board with some stuff on it, a large poster, a large tent, a Mickey Brunner doll, a raffle barrel with some raffle tickets on it and a flying nun.

The walkway here is comprised entirely of a variety of stones and sparkling gems which are polished on a daily basis. They form intricate mosaics of anything from depictions of flowers to abstract shapes. A wide hivvali staircase ascends to meet a stately building with pale green flags flying from its parapets.
You also see a luxurious pink silk tent.

[Ako Eokai Theatre, Foyer]
This very elegant entrance to the theatre doubles as a tribute to Ako Eokai, the famous director. The walls are decorated with matte midnight blue wallpaper, and cream-colored wainscoting. The polished wooden floor is partially covered with a midnight blue area rug embroidered with flowing cream-colored floral patterns. Several framed photographs and plaques have been hung on the walls. A grand staircase leads to the balcony seating, and through a wide archway, you can see the auditorium.

[Llanfair, Rafzo Circle]
A busy five-way intersection, Rafzo parkway is packed with vehicles and pedestrians during all hours of the day and night. Numerous people in suits and some in more casual business attire head west toward the noisy commodity market. A towering iron gate makes way for the rustic Darju district, and a tunnel decorated with flowering vines leads to Cloud Court.

[Llanfair, Kukonjokon Blvd.]
This block is packed full of upscale two-story row homes, all constructed of stone and each with a tiny front yard, some containing flowers. Heavy traffic passes by, heading both to and from the busy intersection to the northwest. Nestled unobtrusively between a pair of houses is a small high-tech comm shop with large glass windows and a chrome sign hanging above the entrance. Across the street is a small squat building with the words
Belt World printed on one window.
You also see the entrance to Belt World.

The large family-owned food market, Peneli Grocers, has been in business for many generations. A sign states that it is temporarily closed for renovations. The building looks quite run down compared to those of neighboring businesses, and in the short time you stand here you notice a
few customers walk up to the sliding glass door, and turn away in disappointment.

A building constructed of blue tinted glass and steel supports occupies the corner. A blue stained glass sign above the revolving door reads, "The Blue Elan." It appears as though this shop is not yet open for business.
