In an
interview on Radio Cornwall on 20th September, Penwith troubleshooter,
Matt Barton announced that it is now likely that the Hawkins Planning
application will now not be held until Tuesday November 1st.
This is good
news. It means that despite the delays which have plagued the
referendum, which many people saw as procrastination and obstruction by
Penwith District Council, the referendum will now take place before the
planning decision is made.
The Referendum
date has now been set for 13th October, more detail on this site soon.
