Yet another planning application to build even more houses in the Hayle area has been filed. The proposal this time is to build 40 so-called affordable houses on a green field site near the Turnpike at Connor Downs and has been submitted by a company called 'Ocean'.
The latest proposal for 40 additional houses comes hot on the heels of other proposals which in the last 12 months have included the following proposed and/or approved.
The above figures do not include a multitude of smaller 1 and 2 dwelling developments which bring the total figure to around 230 new dwellings in the last year.
