Hayle Eye has
heard that Philip Caruthers, who, as the former owner of Hayle Harbour, was
hailed variously as a ‘white knight in shining armour’ and
as 'Hayle’s Messiah' is currently helping Mr Plod with his
enquiries.
Apparently the Regional Crime Squad in the North West is questioning Mr Caruthers about a number of 'serious matters'.
