First time he saw his wife:
This cute woman walked into my favorite bar in Gavella, croatia, about four years ago. When I saw her, I said, "Uh-oh, that's it." Bit I was shy, so I didn't ask her out until a couple of days later, when I finally found someone who knew her phone number.

First Splurge:
a motorcycle- a Yamaha XT 500 I bought after playing Hamlet in Dubrovnik Summer Festival in Croatia.

Last splurge:
Sonly Playstation2

First English word he learned:
F--k.  That was before my first English lesson.  Did you know the phrase "Thank you very much" sounds like "The tank is chasing the big cat" in my language?

Last English word he learned:
a medication, prednisone. It's a steroid for arthritis.

First time he cried:
I was doing badly in school back in Croatia, so my parents said I could not watch Battlestar Galactica. It was my favorite show.

Last time he cried:
on the ER set yesterday.....this big scene where I tell the story of how Luka lost his family. I was crying for real.

Unlikely source of inspiration:
"I call them vents - unusual or crazy things to keep myself in good spirits. One year it was horseback riding, one year it was off road motorcycles. Now I bought a trumpet."

Most creative thing he's ever done:
"Hamlet in Croatia" - a role he'll reprise (for the seventh time) later this summer at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival.

If he weren't acting he'd...:  "Probably be a sailor. But I hope I will not need to think about it in my life."

Influential movie:
"When I was a kid, The Three Musketeers. In the last couple of years, Braveheart. [It] makes me proud to be an actor. I think that's one of the best films I've seen."
