Well, that’s exactly what happened to Ramona C.—she woke up one day and the doc said fix it in 6 weeks or you’re taking medication. Rolling over and taking the meds could’ve been easy, but she didn’t. I’m proud to say Ramona diverted from the path of least resistance—and started a fitness program incorporating cardio and resistance training. It takes a lot more courage and conviction to get up every morning, work out at the fitness center, then go home, get ready for work and have your meals for the entire day planned out so you don’t eat an entire pizza for lunch. Being disciplined like that isn’t easy, or is it? What was the alternative? You see, when given a choice between getting up every morning, or taking a pill every day, Ramona chose to get up every morning. What would it take in your life to get you motivated like that? We’ve all heard stories about people who live their entire life, eat whatever they want, smoke, drink, well, you get the picture—they do everything all wrong, and they live to be 110. Then there’s those people who do everything right, and they die at age 35 of a sudden heart attack. Sometimes there’s just no explaining what the creator has planned for us. But listen, you and I can talk about those stories all day, and the truth is, they don’t make one ioda of difference. All we can do is live our lives the best way we know how, right here—right now. What happens tomorrow isn’t always up to us. But what about what’s happening today? If you have a controllable disease like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes, or if you just want to feel better—you have the power to transform your state of living. If you are suffering, then I’ve got some bad news for you—you’re not one of those people that does whatever they want and doesn’t have to worry about it. But there is good news, you don’t have to live in pain—you have the power to shape your destiny and transform your life. You have to take the first step—it’s a hard one and no one can take it for you. Ramona didn’t see the changes she achieved by slacking off or cheating when no one was looking. She found a program that worked for her and she was sincere in her efforts to achieve results. Ramona chose to make a conscious effort to take transform her life. She made a real effort and her effort paid off with a drop in body fat and cholesterol levels. Ramona has what it takes…and so do you. Ramona was able to access her inner power because she had a clear reason, a motivation to do it. Take that first step and dedicate yourself to transforming your life. Don’t wait, do it today. Find a reason to do it—do it for your kids…do it for your grandkids…do it for yourself—but just do it! Find that motivating force to help you shed 3 pounds of fat, lower your cholesterol or get your blood sugar level down. When you do, you’ll be another all-star poster child like Ramona, telling all your friends how great you feel, how much energy you have and maybe you’ll get a few compliments about how you look well—because healthy people sometimes emit that glow of confidence and self love that is lacking in you life right now.
