COMMENTARY:

I remember watching a TV commercial a few years ago concerning a young man who was applying for a job, but his only credentials were he held the high score record for a shoot em' up type video game. He admitted the fact he knew nothing about spreadsheets, word processing, and data base programs, commonly used in the field he was seeking employment in.

The world looks upon many scientists as being very smart and intelligent, based upon their knowledge of complex matters most of us have no real knowledge of. My question is, "is someone who understands things like atomic energy (or whatever) but denies the reality of God, really a smart individual?"

What good is it to have a great IQ with lots of knowledge, if you know nothing about your Creator? Do you have even a lick of sense, if you are unaware of the provision of salvation God has made available to you? True science never contradicts the scriptures, the junk-science so prevalent today is just a politically-correct way for a sinner to justify their rebellion toward God. As stated in the book of Romans, they will be without excuse when they bow before the Lord Jesus Christ on judgment day.

Romans 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Need forgiveness for your sins? If so, you can repent of your sins, and receive Jesus Christ as both Lord and Saviour. The gospel of salvation is simple, and it clearly tells us how sinners can be made into a "new-creation" in-Christ:
