COMMENTARY:

Since the priesthood applies to ALL believers in New Testament times, ALL believers represent the Lord Jesus Christ. If your life is not a living testimony for God, DON'T tell anyone you are saved and on your way to heaven! (no one will believe you, and you will actually be looked upon as a negative witness for the Christian faith)

All true believers are a NEW CREATION in-Christ, with a new nature led of the Holy Spirit. Many carnal people have religion, but not Jesus Christ. You can't repent in word-only, and expect to live as an overcomer. When a sinner truly repents and receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, they become a Saint by default. If you live for the desires of your carnal flesh, you have God's word you will not ever see the Kingdom of God:

Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Need forgiveness for your sins? If so, you can repent of your sins, and receive Jesus Christ as both Lord and Saviour. The gospel of salvation is simple, and it clearly tells us how sinners can be made into a "new-creation" in-Christ:
